Lou Werbe has 40 years in the construction and real estate field. He served as National Construction Manager for one of the largest automotive retailer in the United States overseeing architects, engineers, and general contractors across the country. He also consulted for some of the largest real estate developers in the world in retail and multi housing developments approaching $500 million. From conception to completion, Lou’s problem solving solutions in all aspects is responsible to keep JED on the cutting edge to ensure new products and JED’s clients are happy. He has developed relationships with reliable contacts across the US to help with any situation that arises. His integrity, pride of involvement and always working as a team leader guiding the team in the right direction with a clear goal.

I am here at JED to create an effective organization founded in value based leadership, where employees are recognized for their achievements, encouraged to work as a team and think creatively, in their consistent pursuit of excellence, and to continually break the confines of the status quo to surpass the expectations of the world.

Lou is a graduate of University of Michigan, Arizona State University Computer Institute, and Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts. He was an Invited Guest Speaker in construction related courses at Arizona State University   

EVE WERBE

Eve is responsible for completion and management of all financial and accounting functions of JED and has the experience in handling projects up to $500M. With 20+ years in the construction & development industries and her familiarity with complex loan and disbursement agreements, she maintains crucial relationships with JED’s clients and their capital partners, ensuring that all billings to clients and payments to subs/vendors are completed on time and in the most efficient manner possible.

She has developed institutional grade reporting platform and successfully managed over $1 billion in projects. Her departmental duties include monthly financial statements including CIP, budgets, banking, credit, year-end reporting, process and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and any and all operational or management issues. She provides detailed monthly draw packages for our clients and their investors for capital calls and/or lenders for loan funding. Eve is in charge of writing contracts, managing lien releases and contractor insurance, maintaining credit line and banking relationship.

Eve provides JED with monthly financial statements, budgets, banking, investments, bank reconciliation, year-end tax reporting, job cost analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billings, cost benefits analysis of current systems, legal research, and client account reconciliation.  Eve analyzes and document any legal or potential legal issue. She takes the lead on all issues of conflict, and resolves all conflicts in the most efficient and business wise manner. She works directly with legal counsel, as needed, and updates contracts and company policy in order to prevent conflict. She guides and mentor all employees on JED’s Commitment, while monitoring and manage company insurance policies including liability, worker’s compensation, auto and employer’s practices.   

Eve received her degrees at California State University, Northridge in Business Administration Option: Business Law, and her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School

MARK BRAMHALL

Mark has been involved with JED family for four decades starting as a superintendent, estimator, and project management.  His years of experience handing multiple projects with meticulously detail making sure our Clients have the best of their concerns at mind.  His design build retail experience with oversight of Client’s consultant architects, civil and other engineers Marks knowledge working with municipalities, utilities, and other government entities striving to complete our projects with the utmost of understanding, and keeping our clients in the loop.

His projects have included Car Dealerships, Pharmacies, Super Markets, Retail, to complete Shopping Centers, and private schools. Projects vary from ground up, to TI. Mark is proficient in the following disciplines Timberline, Procore, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to cover any of our clients’ request.

Mark attended The University of Southern California earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
